Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms:

We ask for 50% non-refundable deposit when an invoice has been provided. The deposit confirms booking and secures the date for your event. The final balance of your invoice must be paid prior to the date of your event, specific dates will be provided on each individual invoice.

If you are booking an event that is less than 14 days away, you MUST pay the full balance to secure your date. Any events requested less than 14 days away may not be possible.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Refunds are not offered. We can allow up to two date changes for you to reschedule or credit for another event. Please keep in mind that once payment has been made, items for the event will be purchased.

Additionally, once the full amount is paid we cannot decrease your order value. If you would like to add more to your order please get in touch and we can amend this for you and send a new invoice.

Weather & Environmental Circumstances:

If your event is outside please be aware of the weather and how it may affect the quality of our work.

Extreme heat may cause balloons to pop. While the quality of our balloons should mostly hold up, there may be a few that will succumb to direct sunlight. To prevent extreme heat conditions please prepare to have balloon garland displays in a shaded area.

In the event of unforeseen rain during the time of set up for your scheduled event, you may change your location to an indoor event or reschedule for a date soon after. Please be sure to get in touch to discuss alternative options.

No refunds will be issued due to weather & environmental circumstances.
